In each classes two thinkers are introduced. Sources are provided and studied. Every class ends with a balloon debate.
This week:
- Sabbatai Zevi (16tth Century, Turkey); self-proclaimed Messiah, started the most important mystical movement in modern Jewry.

- Jacob Sasportas (17th Century, Holland); practical, and theorethical opponent of the Messianic movement of his time.

MICHAEL RICHARDS, NATIONAL CANCER DIRECTOR AND NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF END OF LIFE CARE, WHO WILL BE TALKING ABOUT END OF LIFE CARE ISSUES,
INCLUDING THE RECENT COMMISSION ON

Insight Israel: Israel 2011 - A Year In Focus (7:30PM)
We are delighted to welcome back to West London Synagogue, Mr Alon Roth-Snir, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Israel.
Join us for what will be a particularly fascinating Insight Israel event, especially in a year packed with so many watershed moments and events affecting Israel including the Arab Spring and the release of Gilad Shalit. An engaging speaker, Mr Roth-Snir will cover a variety of topics and will take questions from the audience.
