The very first communal Seder in the UK took place at West London Synagogue in 1931. Ninety‑five years later, we invite you to continue this proud tradition at our annual First Night Community Seder.

Join Rabbi David, Maya, and your fellow members for a fully catered Seder filled with joy, tradition, and a true sense of community. This intergenerational evening is designed for everyone — whether you are coming on your own, with family, or with friends.

Alongside the full Seder experience, there will be a piñata and goodie bags to help young children stay engaged throughout the evening.

Family Pricing

Discounts for Child Tickets & Under 2's Come Free

We offer a special pricing model for families with young children: You only need to pay for the first child aged between 2-12. Tickets for any additional children aged 2-12 in your family are free of charge. When booking, please select "Youth WLS Member/Non-Member" for your first child's ticket type, and then select "Youth Free" for every additional child in your family.

No charge for children under 2 and no ticket needed, but please let us know in "additional comments" how many children under 2 you will be bringing. Please note that we do not have highchairs available on-site.

In addition to our Community Seder, will also be hosting a special 20+/30+ Seder led by Rabbi Emily, featuring a custom-designed Haggadah.

For those who are unable to join us in person at the Synagogue, Rabbi Helen will be leading our online Seder experience.
